Cancellation Policy

We require a 48 hour notice of cancellation. If you do not show up or show up more than 20 minutes late you will be automatically cancelled. Without proper notification we are unable to service other clients, therefore YOUR CARD ON FILE WILL BE CHARGED 20% of the service you were scheduled for. If the cancellation is for the prepaid perfecting session, the fee is 20% of the value of the session and the fee charged will be $25.00. Consultations are charged the full $25 without proper notice. If you would like to reschedule your initial appointment within the same month of the appointment, the fee will be applied to your new time. Rescheduling with credit will be honored one time only and only for initial sessions. Cancellation fees credits for future appointments are not available for perfecting and color boost sessions.
